The first introductory intense course of contemplation in this year will take place from 8th until 10th of March, at House of Aikidp. Koturaška 1 in Zagreb, according to this schedule:

March 8, Friday, 4.30 - 6 p.m.
March 9, Saturday, 10-12 and 2.30-5 p.m.
March 10, Sunday, 10-12.30 p.m.

Each session consists of quiet sittings, contemplation in movement, simple qigong or yoga exercises and individual interviews on Saturday and Sunday.

In order to get the best insight into what contemplative practice is and how I could relate to it, it is advisable to attend all sessions of the course.
The course fee is 100 kuna.
