Qigong (Ch'i Kung) is a holistic system of exercises, which contains the ancient knowledge based on the understanding of the vital, inner energy. It is made of postures, fluid and relaxed movements, breathing techniques and meditation, which help the vital energy accumulate and store in the body, and regulate its flow through the organism, thereby achieving its alignment with the laws of life inside and outside ourselves.

Taijiquan (Tai ch'i ch'uan) is a Chinese martial and therapeutic skill. It is built from a series of slow, relaxed and continuous movements, thus creating forms that emanate harmony, wholeness and meditative tranquillity. It is also considered an advanced Qigong exercise containing and carrying all of its fundamental principles.
